Project Details

The clients instructed CPM to design and build a two story extension to a four bedroom house in Romiley. The property was to be developed by a further 60m sq by the addition of a first floor master bedroom with en-suite and a ground floor family room, cloakroom and utility room.

Interior features of the work included a slate tiled walk in shower and extensive concealed cabling for a ground floor audio visual system.

Externally, after the demolition of an existing garage, a canopy on gallows brackets was removed whilst the work took place and replaced as an original feature upon completion. Roof tiles were removed from the rear of the property and used on the front pitch to recreate a seamless effect, with new tiling across the entire rear of the property.
