Typically we work on mid range projects between £50,000 and £250,000 budget, where being a strong regional construction company presents cost, delivery and implementation advantages to the client and their other professional advisors. Our ability to work from design concept right through to construction completion, or dovetail with other pre-build services, as required, affords our Clients choices and comparisons which are not widely available in the mid range construction sector.

Commercial Private Sector
CPM Design & Build undertakes projects across a variety of sectors, each requiring us to use a range of different skills and expertise. In the commercial private sector, we undertake office & shop development; we design & build commercial premises and industrial units and develop specialist facilities inside existing premises like the Gymnasium Refurbishment at Stockport School. Our client base also includes O2 and BWA.
Commercial Public Sector
Our public sector commercial work includes design and build contracts as well as dilapidations reports, refurbishments and upgrading works for Schools, The NHS, and the Emergency Services.
Local Authorities
CPM Design & Build work extensively with Local Authorities, providing a wide range of services on top of our core design and build offering, including project management, planned maintenance, access consultancy, surveying and dilapidations reporting. Amongst our clients are Lancashire County Council, Chorley Borough Council and Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council
Sports Facilities
CPM Design & build has good experience in the delivery of Sports facilities. From Golf Clubs to Bowling Clubs, we have delivered design and build solutions as well as DDA access alterations, dilapidations schedules and associated works.
